Omaha's residential window cleaning specialists since 1986
Executive Cleaning Services began as a window cleaning company, and windows are still 99% of what we do. Doug Barrett started the business as an engineering student at UNO in 1986; our shop is in downtown Millard. Our technicians have more than 55 years of combined experience and are employees, never subcontractors.
We prefer the term window cleaners to window washers because of how thorough the job is. Every edge of the glass is detailed with a cotton towel, the sill is wiped, and every screen is washed and towel-dried at no extra charge.
How we clean windows
-

-

Professional squeegee method, edges detailed with a cotton surgical towel, sills wiped.
-
Screens and touch-up
Screens washed with soap and water, towel-dried, reinstalled. Paint overspray and light deposits removed.

Before and after, double-hung
Pure-water window washing for hard-to-reach glass
Our pure-water system filters out every mineral and dissolved solid, pumps it up a pole and scrubs the glass. It dries spot-free with no squeegee, cleans the exterior frames for free, and windows stay cleaner longer. We still recommend a hand cleaning on the first visit to remove paint specks and caked-on dirt.
Window cleaning cost in Omaha

Windows above 24 feet, heavy hard-water deposits, deck sealant or paint overspray may cost a little more. The $175 minimum service charge is waived for maintenance-plan customers or when we clean a neighbor's home the same day.

Window cleaning FAQ
Can you give me a window cleaning estimate over the phone?
Yes. Tell us your window types (crank-outs, double-hungs, sliders, picture windows) or text us photos and we'll quote per pane, usually the same day.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. As long as we can reach the windows we can arrive early or at lunch. Bids are written up and left at the door. For inside cleaning, a key or lockbox works too.
Are screens included in the price?
With any inside-and-out cleaning, screens are washed and towel-dried at no charge.
Do you clean windows outside the Omaha metro?
Yes, across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa, including Lincoln. A fuel charge of about $2 per round-trip mile applies past the metro.
Are you insured?
Fully insured for your protection. Every technician is an employee; we never use subcontractors.
