  • Residential Window Cleaning Technician

    Full-time · Millard, NEHourly + overtime, paid training

    Clean windows inside and out on Omaha homes using squeegee and pure-water methods. Detail edges, wash screens, protect the home. Spring and fall are busy; winter includes ice dam and interior work.

    What we look for

    • Valid driver's license and clean record
    • Comfortable on ladders up to 24 ft
    • Attention to detail and a courteous manner in customers' homes
    • Experience helpful, not required

  • Exterior Services Technician (Gutters & Power Washing)

    Full-time, seasonal Mar–Nov · Millard, NEHourly + overtime

    Gutter cleaning, LeavesOut® gutter guard installation, and low-pressure house, deck and driveway washing. Ladder and standoff work daily.

    What we look for

    • Ladder experience required
    • Able to lift 60 lb and work outdoors
    • Driver's license, clean record
    • Gutter guard install experience a plus

  • Office & Scheduling Coordinator

    Part-time, 25–30 hrs · Millard, NEHourly

    Answer the phone, give window quotes from photos, schedule crews in Housecall Pro, send confirmations and invoices. You are the voice customers hear first.

    What we look for

    • Friendly on the phone, organized, quick with software
    • Housecall Pro or similar scheduling tool experience a plus
    • Mon–Fri daytime hours
