Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We are based in the United States and the site is directed to United States residents.

We collect information you voluntarily give us by email, phone, text, the quote form or the online booking widget: typically your name, address, phone number, email and details about your home and the service you want. We also collect IP addresses and standard web analytics.

• To respond to your inquiry and give you a quote
• To schedule, perform and invoice the service you booked, including confirmation and "on my way" texts sent through our scheduling software (Housecall Pro)
• To improve the customer experience and run our business
• With your permission, to tell you about specials, seasonal services or changes to this policy

We will not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with any third party outside our organization except as necessary to fulfill your request (for example, our scheduling and payment processor), to improve the customer experience, and for business operations. Those providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

You may opt out of future contact at any time by emailing us. You may also ask to see the data we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or raise a concern about how we use it. Contact doug@executivecleaningco.com.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information online and offline. Payment information is handled by our processor and never stored on this site. Only employees who need the information to perform a job are given access.

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
