Executive Cleaning Services is a family-owned residential cleaner with a shop in Millard. Doug Barrett founded the company in 1986. Our technicians have more than 55 years of combined experience and are employees, never subcontractors.
We wash siding, decks, patios, driveways and fences. Each surface gets the method that suits it. Siding gets a low-pressure house wash, so we clean the surface without forcing water where it should not go.
You do not need to be home. We look at the job, give you a free bid, and do the work outside while you are at work or out for the day. If you want a deck or other surface sealed after washing, ask us when we bid.

Low-pressure house washing for siding
Siding does not need to be blasted. We use a low-pressure house wash to clean the surface, which is gentler on the siding and on the areas around windows and trim. Harder surfaces like driveways and patios get a different approach. We choose the method for each surface.
Power washing cost in Omaha
We bid every power washing job on site, and the bid is free. Price depends on what we are cleaning and how much of it there is. Once you approve the bid, that is what we do.

How does power washing pricing work in Omaha?

Do I need to be home for power washing?
No. This is exterior work, so we can do it while you are away. We walk the property for the free bid first.
Is a low-pressure house wash different from pressure washing siding?
Yes. For siding we use a low-pressure house wash rather than high pressure. Other surfaces such as driveways and patios are washed with the method that suits them.
Can you seal my deck after power washing?
Yes. Sealing is optional for decks and some other surfaces. Tell us when we bid and we will include it.
Do you offer power washing outside the Omaha metro?
Yes, including Lincoln, Blair, Fremont, Ashland and Fort Calhoun. There is no travel fee in the metro. Past the metro, a fuel charge of about $2 per round-trip mile applies.
