Extended drying periods can lead to mold and bacteria growth in the carpeting as well as being detrimental to the integrity of the carpet backing. We addressed this issue by designing a system that has a separate, dedicated vacuum system. This powerful system not only leaves most carpeting 95% dry by the time we leave your home, but it also provides a more thorough extraction of the soiling and contaminants for a deeper clean.
Our system also uses a unique heat and pressure system, which delivers unparalleled heat and cleaning action. Most people have experienced that heat is one of the most important ingredients in effective cleaning. Have you ever tried to clean greasy, oily dishes in cold water? If so, you know that it required using much more detergent for effective cleaning. Our system produces temperatures up to 250 degrees F. Through steam and hot water extraction we can produce a deep clean without using excessive amounts of detergent or highly caustic cleaners which can leave soil-attracting residues as well as voiding carpet manufacturer warranties. An added benefit to cleaning at higher temperatures is that it helps to sanitize the carpets. (Hot water extraction is the recommended cleaning method of the major carpet manufacturers. Their warranties also state that this cleaning must be done every 12 to 18 months.)
